PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Managed all registrations for the March break and the summer program as well as the renewal of the
service agreement each year;
- Managed the waiting list on the Niagara Region Child Care Registry and conducted the
communication with the parents and filled the spots available;
- Responded to all parents inquiries by phone and e-mails;
- Prepared the child’s registration file and all documents related to the registration as required by the
Ministry of Education;
- Conducted effective communication with the supervisors of the centres and the accountant assistant;
- Ensured good customer service and communication with the parents.
- Placed office supplies and cleaning products orders for the administrative office and the centres;
- Performed other administrative tasks (the monthly calendars for the centres, printing,etc.)

Received the prize of International Woman of the Year (March 2018), organized by Welland
Heritage Council for the achievements, the adaptation and the volunteer work within the community
