RAIPUR - KOLKATA - BANGKOK

Checkin bag scan Raipur ( Big items ) →

Go to Indigo Counter show your flight booking slip and id ,take your boarding pass & hand bag tags→

Check your ID is with you or not + cross check Name in Boarding pass, flight number, gate number again
→

Go to security check get it done→

Listen to Gate announcements, keep an eye on flight info display for any delay or change in gate , Board
aircraft & take off→

After landing in Kolkata terminal 1 exit the airport ,( or look for transfer to terminal 2 ,if it is there in
terminal 1 , otherwise) again enter through Kolkata terminal 2, like Raipur by showing id & slip →

Keep your previous boarding pass also(i.e Raipur- Kolkata), flight booking slip & passport ready with you
& Look for international departure sign→

Go to Indigo counter, show your booking slip & passport, they will give you Departure card, Arrival card,
boarding pass & hand bag tags →

Cross check again you name ,gate number ,flight number in boarding pass & your id is with you or not→

Got to immigration counter, listen to them carefully and answer what they ask, i.e hotel name , Previsa
or visa on arrival , purpose of visit , with whom you are travelling , duration of stay , return ticket , total
currency in thai baht or exchanged currency slip , Indian currency ,boarding pass and valid passport →

After Immigration go to security check get it done→

Check your gate , any aircraft delay or announcements , Board aircraft , take off →

After Landing in suvarnabhumi airport ,check your departure and arrival card is with you , also listen to
baggage belt announcement , look for visa on arrival sign →

Keep your photo with you, & Take visa on arrival form, fill it and move to immigration counter with
properly filled departure and arrival card & passport, listen to them carefully and answer what they ask,
i.e hotel name , Previsa or visa on arrival , purpose of visit , with whom you are travelling , duration of
stay , return ticket slip , total currency in thai baht or exchanged currency slip ,Indian currency , boarding
pass( RPR- CCU-BKK) and valid passport

Take your bag from baggage belt , check again your id and all imp documents is with you or not and
don’t exit the airport till you meet or get a call from MMT representative …at Gate no. 10 Exit C.
