I am Jhemar Pausal Abejaron a student of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering of

this college, would like to inform you that I will be absent for few days from your class since my
father has fallen seriously ill due to tumor in his brain and has been admitted into Amosup
Seamen's Hospital Intramuros Manila. On Wednesday 21st of this month, he was scheduled to
undergo for operation. Hence, my sister need my assistance on this matter.

Hoping for your kind understanding and please help me pray for my father's successful
