I hope this correspondence finds you in good spirits. This is with regard to a portion of lot located in
Kalubihan, Brgy._____ with particulars as follows: Lot no. 6523 with 350 sq.meters. It is of great
dismay that we find inaction concerning the illegal fencing of the above mentioned lot and further
granting the said illegal permit to a certain, MARY GOLD BULADO.

We have asserted in our letter dated July 3,2019 that a property located in Brgy. ____, Lot no., 6523- B
with an area of 1,225 sqm. With OCT title #: RO- 3663 TD#: 09916 under the name of VICE
GANDA , was sold to VHONG, NAVARRO therafter selling the same property to my self e.al,
evidenced by a deed of sale and further, annotated last June 27, 2017 at the register of deeds. Lot no.
652- B with 215 sqm. is inclusive of of the former property mentioned and that any sale, fencing or
improvements involving the property is deemed to be duly unlawful, unauthorized and erroneous.

Furthermore, it has come to our attention that the same person, one MARY GOLD BULADO has
constructed improvements inside the parameters of Lot no.6523- B void of any building permit.

We pray that in light with the given information pertaining to the said lot, we humbly ask your office
to strengthen your legal interpose on the matter and bar any transaction concerning the lot in question
in particular, the revocation of the fencing permit that MARY GOLD BULADO has applied on
February 2,2018 and, deny any any and all transactions that might be sought by the same pertaining to
any application of a building permit on the illegal improvement on the property.

Our consideration on this matter will be highly appreciated.
