ABSTRACT
1
 The study discussed the financial performance of Wigan Settlers

Multipurpose Cooperative from the years 2013 to 2017. It discusses the

profitability, liquidity and stability ratios of the cooperative basing from the

Financial Statement given by the Accountant to the shareholders of the

cooperative. It was found that the liquid assets of the cooperative are enough to

guarantee solvency and be able to cover the current liabilities incurred by the

cooperative. In terms of the profitability of the cooperative, revenue are enough

even after the operating expenses are deducted and also shows enough revenue

to entice more shareholders in divesting their profit shares from their dividends in

the cooperative. In terms of the cooperatives stability there are fluctuations in the

equity of the establishment but still has enough margins to cover the safety of its

creditors and also gives enough courage for the shareholders to reinvest their

shares in the cooperative to increase the working capital of the cooperative.
