COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into this 16th day of November 2018,
in the City of Dagupan, Philippines, by and between:

ROBERT B. PEREZ, of legal age, married, Filipino,

and a resident of Barangay Ventinilla, Sta. Barbara,
Pangasinan, Philippines, referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

- and -

ANGELICA R. DIANO, of legal age, married, Fili-

pino, and a resident of Barangay Ventinilla, Sta. Bar-
bara, Pangasinan, Philippines, represented by
Belinda R. Diano, hereinafter referred to as the SEC-
OND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the PARTIES are live-in partners.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are living
together for seven (7) years but due to irreconcilable interest they are now sep-
arated de facto.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have two
minor children namely; Angenette, 5, and Arriannah, 9 years old.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has agreed with SECOND PARTY to

give support to their children.

NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY

hereby agree and covenant that the FIRST PARTY will support the children
under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. DATE OF EFFECTIVITY. The said Compromise of Agreement exe-

cuted by parties takes effect upon the signing of this instrument.

2. That custody of the children will remain with the SECOND PARTY as
the PARTIES are not married.

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall give a monthly support to the SECOND
PARTY in a sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) to cover
the children’s allowance including groceries and the children’s needs.

4. That said support shall be given every 20th day of the month, and will
commence on 20 December 2018, and each month thereafter.

5. That the SECOND PARTY shall allow the FIRST PARTY to visit their
children on any day, and could bring out their children, but obliged to return
them on the same day.

 6. That in cases of hospitalization and other untoward incidents that may
happen with their children the PARTIES agree to shoulder equally the ex-
penses to be incurred.

7. The parties hereby agree that they willingly, readily and voluntarily en-
ter the covenant and provisions stated herein and that the same shall be bind-
ing to them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 11th

day of December 2018, in the City of Dagupan, Philippines.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page wherein
the acknowledgement is written and duly signed by the parties and their in-
strumental witnesses on each and every page thereof, refers to the Compromise
Agreement between parties.
