I, the undersigned:

am applying for a tourist visa to Australia as I intend to travel to Adelaide,
Australia with my mother between the period of 14 th of May 2018 until 25th of
May 2018.

I am an Indonesian resident intending to travel to Australia for the purpose of

attending my brother’s graduation at Carnegie Mellon University and a short
holiday to experience the diversity, nature and technology in Australia.

I am a small-businesses entrepreneur on fashion design and crafts based in West

Sumatra, Indonesia. Hence, I will have to be back to Indonesia as soon as the trip
completed in order to manage them running.

I do acknowledge and guarantee that I will not seek of any employment or

permanent stay in Australia and will return back to Indonesia as soon as the trip
is completed and also promise to obey all of the regulations concerned.

Beside the main checklists, I enclosed additional documents as follow:

 Evidence of funds to support my stay (bank statements during the last
three months),
 Evidence of my works (online pages screenshots),
 Sponsorship Letter,
 Invitation Letter and Inviter’s documents (passport, visa, university
invitation letter, birth certificate, bank account info, accommodation info),
 Return plane tickets.

By signing this letter, I declare that all the information provided is true and in my
responsibility. I hope you find everything in order and request you to grant me a
