V. Brief Comments on Conclusion and Recommendation

In this study, it is gives valuable suggestions to researchers and practitioners in

industry because it’s demonstrated the perceptions of one important component of
employer branding. And it shows the importance of compensation and benefits as a
component of employer branding for employer branding for improving students
perception of the company. About Cable and Tuban statement, we agree to them that a
potential applicant’s knowledge of benefits that an organization offers may influence the
success of requirement. The brand as representative though company compensation and
benefits can be a key to attracting future employees. Because if the company wants to
attract talents, they need to offer good benefits that they value and give for their future
employees or for they employees a job motivation and we know that employees
motivation and job satisfaction are a happiness of an employee. Keeping key employees
loyal is essential to a successful business and business owners know it. It is right that a
company can achieve greatest advantage if they identify the factors affecting employer
branding because if they do action about that, the employees will be more productive in
the organizations. If the company provides career fair in campuses, they will know the
students perceptions on work in the future and if they can fit for the positions they
needed. Through this, students or future employees can develop good attitudes towards
company they want to apply with the future.

For the recommendations, it said that findings of the study may not be generalized
to other populations, we thinks that right because confusion around generalizability arises
from conflation of fundamental questions, first, one are the results of the study is true?
Second, is the study or finding likely to apply, generally or specifically? In the others
setting or sample, are the study results externally valid? We think future researchers could
seek to replicate these findings in other context and populations. May be they conducted
the same or related study.

We agree and think that the future researchers could expand the sample to include
more students in different campuses/school. We think that they used more variables that
could help to them to more analyze the importance of the compensation benefits to their
future employees because we know that a happiness of their employee is one of the
important to become an organization expand their business equity.
