Good day! I would like to inform you that the estimated expenses for the necessities of the

AWARDS COMMITTEE summed up to One thousand four hundred and seventy pesos. Below is the

itemized form of the expenses together with its estimated total.

In line with this I request that once the payments for the contributions have been completed, I

would like to receive our budget as soon as possible. In the event that the expenses would be less than the

proposed budget, the remainder would be given back to you with an attached receipt of the items.
