    Dear Madam:

    Greetings!

    I am writing to inform your office that the requirements for the opening of account are already
    in process, documents for registration was already submitted last March 11, 2019 including
    Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws. A resolution of Board of Directors authorizing the opening
    of the deposit account with FCB is waiting for the signature of two Directors that are not
    around as of this week due to important transaction in Manila and Puerto Princesa City.

    With this, I am requesting to please release to us our check and allow us to issue atleast
    30,000.00 for the payment of our initial obligation that is due as of this week.

    Rest assured, once the documents are available we will immediately furnish your office of the
    said document.

    Hoping for your positive response. Thank you in advance.
