Subject: English VII

I. Objective:

At the end of the lesson, the students must be able to:

1. replace a noun into its proper pronoun.


2. identify the pronoun and its antecedent.

II. Content:

A. Subject Matter: Pronouns and Antecedent


B. Reference: English Communication Skills, pages 56-57

C. Material: power point presentation

III. Procedure:

A. Daily Routine: Checking of attendance

B. Review: There is a review of the past lesson.

C. Lesson Development:

 The students define pronouns according to their previous knowledge.


 The students give examples of pronouns they know.
 The teacher presents sentence with underlined nouns and the students replace it
with correct pronoun.
 Based on the answers, the teacher discusses cases of pronoun.
 The teacher gives a drill.
 There will be a discussion on antecedent.

IV. Evaluation:

 The students answer Test I which is replacing noun into proper pronoun.
 The students answer Test II which is identifying pronoun and its antecedent.
