    Terms and Conditions for Inox Instant Discount Offer

    1. Definitions

    i. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.

    ii. Offer: Movie Bookings offer: The Offer means “All Standard Chartered Credit & Debit Card
    holders are eligible for 25% discount not exceeding INR 150 on movie bookings at Inox box
    office, Inox www.inoxmovies.com, mobile app & mobile website
    F&B Offer: 10% discount on all F&B orders capped INR 100 per card transaction- Applicable on
    contactless transactions done at POS (i.e. INOX’s Refuel) using Standard Chartered Debit &
    Credit cards

    iii. Transaction has to happen across INOX’s Platforms only on Friday, Saturday & Sunday to avail
    the said discount. For clarity, any SCB Cardholder purchases a ticket through INOX Platform on
    a Friday, he will be eligible to book any movie show either on the same day or the next Saturday
    or Sunday.

    Alternatively if movie show booking is done on any Sunday SCB Card holder will be eligible for
    the discount offer only on the same Sunday.

    iv. Offer Period: All Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 16 November 2018 until 3 November 2019

    v. Each card holder will be eligible for 2 transactions per card every month across movie bookings
    and F&B offer.

    vi. Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered credit/debit card clients

    2. Offer Details

    i. Customer has to transact using his/her Standard Chartered Credit/Debit Card at Inox box office,
    Inox www.inoxmovies.com, mobile app & mobile website
    ii. No minimum spends required to qualify for the offer.

    iii. Offer valid only on transaction and movie shows booked on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays during
    the offer period.

    iv. Each card holder will be eligible for 2 transactions on movie bookings offer and 2 transactions on
    F&B offer per month.

    v. This offer is available only for Standard Chartered Bank Debit & Credit card holders.

    3. Communication of the Offer

    I. Visit www.inoxmovies.com, mobile app, mobile website.


    II. Go through the regular ticket booking flow for selecting the city, movie, cinema, show date, show
    time and seats of your choice.

    III. Confirm details by providing your e-mail Id and mobile number as this information will be used for
    confirming your transaction through e-mail and SMS respectively.

    IV. Proceed to the Order Summary Page and select “Standard Chartered Bank – 25% Off” on movie
    tickets from Discounts & Offers section.

    V. Enter details in the box and click on “Apply” button to avail discount

    VI. Fill in valid Standard Chartered Debit or Credit card details as mentioned on payment page to
    proceed with transaction.

    VII. Communication of the Offer

    a. The Offer will be communicated to customers through -emailers and/or SMS on their registered
    email address or mobile number only

    VIII. General Terms and Conditions

    a. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are
    available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in)

    b. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The
    Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any
    reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running
    this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the
    termination/expiry date

    c. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants
    that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis

    d. The Offer is non-transferable

    e. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for
    any reason whatsoever

    f. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts /
    tribunals of Mumbai

    g. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The
    Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only

    h. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding

    i. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
    contained herein

    j. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory
    authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to
    provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client
