Present For Mum

Sigat planned to buy a present for his mum. He

wanted to buy her a beautiful, new blouse. It costs him
about RM45. He told his father about it. Then, his father
advised him to start saving if he really want to buy a
present for his mother.

Every day, his father gives him RM2 as his pocket

money. He always spends 80sen for nasi lemak, 50sen
for two curry puffs and another 20sen for a glass of juice.
When he arrives home, he will put the balance in his
piggy bank. Starting from that day, he planned to save
RM1 a day.

On the red letter day, he counted all his money. He

had collected more than RM50. He told his father to take
him to the town. He bought the blouse while his father
bought a birthday cake. His mum felt happy and thanked
him for the present.
