OBSERVATION ON OTHER CLASSES

Its their efforts sustain the hungerness of the student to learn. It is we, as students give back
of what they did for us as part of their jobs. Knowledge may learn either through experience or
teaching. In teaching, teachers have their different ways to lecture their students as long as they
conveyed it quiet good that students understood well the lessons.

Communication is a process, occurs between a speaker and a receiver and its actually
happened when I observed Maam Maribel de leon, one of my subject teacher. During her lecture
I’d found out that it is not totally an effective communication because there are some of my
classmates who didn’t hear some words clearly.

Elements of communication are present such as the speaker which is Maam de leon , the
receiver which is us , channel , encoding , decoding, feedback because there were a conversation
made , context , and the barriers because someone ask for clarification means they don’t understand
well.

Nature of communication are present like it is a process, occurs between a receiver and a
speaker, and may expressed through written or spoken words. I also notice about the features of
an effective communication, well-known as the 7’Cs, the completeness, conciseness, clearness,
concreteness, and correctness.

The message conveyed concisely because it is exact and not too long and all of those feature
used for an effective communication. I also notice the function of communication like control,
social interactions, emotional expression because there are classmates who “hugot-hugot” about
the topic even it is not related, the motivation and information dissemination.

The model of communication used in this is the transaction model because there are
feedbacks came from my classmates. These feedback only support that they made quiet good
communication and understands well both of the two sides and the most important thing is that we
surpass or made it even if there are barriers like noisy environment and lack of confidence.

Towards effective communication, follow all of those fundamentals in a good

communication. Spread awareness and knowledge. Go for good and save for last and believe in
yourself.
