Greetings Sir:

Good day!

Foundation Day is a day of remembrance, a day of honoring, a day to celebrate what has been achieved over the
past 30 years, and a day to look forward to what is yet to come. This day stands as a reminder to us that when we
forget our history, we move into an uncertain future. We celebrate the Day to maintain the school’s principle, so
that the teachers, the staff, and the students will be reminded of it.

In connection with our upcoming 30th Founding Anniversary this March 7-8, 2019, we will need 300 chairs for
the 2-day celebration in our school. Because of this, we are asking from your good office to let us borrow your
chairs.

We will make sure that it will be complete and in good condition when we return them. We look forward to
your approval on this.
