    1. Halloween Bake-sale
    • So far so good! We did better today (Thursday) than yesterday,
    probably because of the location(on Wednesday we ended up
    settling by the caffeteria). STILL IN NEED FOR MEN POWER ON
    FRIDAY!!!! Brian collected the money but we’re unsure about the
    exact amount.

    2. UCC Open House - Friday November 5th


    • We need to find who will be filling in and at what times. Diana will
    be contacting people that are available from 9:30 to 12, to help
    with the presentation.

    3. Plainfield Project:
    • Name: No name yet still. Because of logistics, we will call it a
    Canvas Project. We will call it The Honors in Art : The Great
    Succession. (Montioned by Maria, Seconed by Daniel voted by the
    team.)
    • Painting: Kristy needs more volunteers to help the painting.
    • Filming: Kristy is filming the whole painting of the canvas and it
    will be presented by the business club during the unveiling.
    • Press and TV Corage: It’s not happening anymore. We should
    contact the Public Relations of the College in order to have a
    presentation for the larger community approved.
    • Counseling Seminars: Joan said that they will be doing a career
    assessment research.

    4. Honors Seminars:
    • We will be attending Raritan Valley’s Satellite Series.

    5. International Convention:
    • We have funding for two people: An advisor, Prof. Schmidt, and
    an Officer, Diana.
    • It will be in Seattle from April 7th to 9th, and that’s when the
    International Officers Election happens, besides a bunch of other
    good stuff!

    6. Collegefish.org and Competitive edge workshop


    • Maria Palar is not available in the date we wanted to. But we’ll try
    to arrange another date.

    7. UCC Website and PTK Calendar:


    • JORNALING IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Please Members:Write about
    everything!!

    8. President’s Ball – Saturday Dec 4th (6pm to 11pm).


    • Interested members, please contact Diana. Work will be similar to
    UCC Gala: ushering, serving, coat-checking and such.

    9. New Officer selection:


    • We will have an info session that will be either on the 16th or 17th
    of November.
    • Positions available are: VP of Public Relations, and all committee
    leaders.

    Next Meeting:
    Thursday, November 4 , 2010 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm in

    the Admiral Stanley room in the Library building.
