Welcome to the Joint

School-Based BSP Camporal and GSP Camp 2018 with
the theme, “Scouting for Excellence: Unleashing
Potentials, Igniting Change.”

CHELSI: To start our program this evening, let’s all

stand for the prayer to be led to us by
______________________________________. and
remain standing for the Philippine National Anthem to be
conducted by _________________________________.

ZIAH: Good morning, partner!

CHELSI: Good morning, Scouter melette! and good

morning to all our scouters and visitors this evening.

ZIAH: Before we start our contest proper. Partner, let’s

hear the cheers from the different delegation starting
with the Grade 7!

CHELSI: How about the Grade 8?!

ZIAH: Di rin magpapatalo ang Grade 9 !

CHELSI: Kumusta naman kayo jan, Grade 10

Tamaraws?!

ZIAH: Can I hear the yells of our ate’s and kuya’s from
the Senior High School !

CHELSI: How about the STE ?

ZIAH: and last but not the least, from the SPA Eagles!
CHELSI: Wow, partner! Feel na feel mo ba ang
excitement ng ating mga scouters?

ZIAH: Of course, partner! I believe readyng –ready na

sila ipakita ang kanilang mga talento at ipamalas ang
kanilang kakayahan sa ating Scout Palabas. Dahil ang
Boy Scout ay…

BOTH: Laging Handa!

CHELSI: So ano pa ba ang ating hinihintay? Let’s start

the ball rolling!

ZIAH: Here are the mechanics for our Scout Palabas:

Participants must be 25-50 scouts/cadets, attire must be
BSP uniform (Type A, B, or C)

CHELSI: Each participating units shall select their own

piece provided it has moral value or lesson in the
presentation based on the theme. Song, yell, and dance
are allowed. Drama is prohibited.

ZIAH: Each participating units shall be given three to

five minutes for their performance.

CHELSI: Use of CD or DVD is not allowed.

ZIAH: Unscout-like manner is strictly prohibited and

using green words in their performance will mean
disqualification. But they will be allowed to finish their
performance but will have no points.
CHELSI: One (1) point will be deducted from the
group’s score if their performance does not reach three
(3) minuted time frame.

ZIAH: Criteria for Judging, Choreography, 30%

CHELSI: Relevance to the theme, 20%

ZIAH: Mastery, 30%

CHELSI: Creativity, 20%... for a total of

BOTH: A hundred percent!

ZIAH: But before we get into the competition, let’s first

introduce our Board of Judges.

CHELSI: Our first judge is, …..

CHELSI: May we remind the participants to have your

exit here in the left side of the stage and the next
presenters to be on deck and prepare at the back.

ZIAH: Now that we know the mechanics and introduced

our judges, wag na nating patagalin pa ang competition
and let’s hear it from our entry number one.
