ABSTRACT

In this report, the design and fabrication of the Angle plate jig with indexing mechanism are
explained in detail to drill 10mm of 8holes radially in the component. The CAD model of the
Angle plate jig assembly is created by using Top down assembly approach using CAD
Software. Further, the materials purchased for the fabrication of the Angle plate jig assembly
are listed in the cost estimation table. The design modifications has also been done for the ease
of manufacturing and robust design of the Angle plate jig and the difficulties faced during the
fabrication of the jig are also have been detailed.
