At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to recognize the Safety Hazards Risk and
Assessment.

1. Presentation

Note to the teacher: Teacher states the objective and the topic.

Teachers says: This morning, we are going to recognize the Safety Hazards Risks and Assessment

2. Importance

Note to the teacher: Teacher states the importance of the subject matter.

Teacher says: Class, it is important to know the safety hazards risk and assessment so that a person
should be aware from any hazards from environment.

3. Formative Assessment

Note to the teacher: Teacher states how learners will be assessed at the end of the lesson.

Teacher says: After our discussion class, we will have a quiz to check your gained knowledge
