Budgetary Cost Summary

We understand that you are looking at reconstructing three restroom facilities and also doing some work
on the North Ogden Park Grandstands. The restrooms at Oak Lawn Park, Orton Park, and Lomond View
Park need to be replaced. The Oak Lawn Park restroom facility would include a storage room and a
concessions area. The Orton Park and Lomond View Park restroom facilities would include storage
rooms. Each building would be furnished complete with all fixtures and amenities. The old buildings at
each of these parks would need to be demolished. The grandstands at North Ogden Park need some
repair work and painting. A concessions area beneath the grandstands could also be reconstructed. This
would include hot water and sinks to allow additional food options. Attached to this letter are detailed
budgetary estimates for this work. A summary of the budgetary cost estimates is listed below.

Location Description Cost

Oak Lawn Park Demolish the existing structure. Construct 70’x25’ Atlas block $187,275
building complete with concessions area and storage room. Each
restroom contains 5 stalls and 2 sinks.
Orton Park Demolish the existing structure. Construct 52’x25’ Atlas block $139,480
building complete with storage room. Each restroom contains 5 stalls
and 2 sinks.
Lomond View Park Demolish the existing structure. Construct 52’x25’ Atlas block $139,480
building complete with storage room. Each restroom contains 5 stalls
and 2 sinks.
North Ogden Park Repair broken wood and paint the grandstands. Replace metal clad $65,110
wooden bench seats with aluminum seats. Replace railing and safety
fencing. Reconstruct concessions area below grandstands including
water and sewer service lines.

Total $531,345
