AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on this Date between Company Name hereinafter referred as the Bright Career Job
Consultancy;

Now therefore, the parties agree as follows:

Referrals: Bright Career Job Consultancy shall provide COMPANY NAMEwith the
resumes of Applicants pursuant to the following procedure

a. COMPANY NAMEmay send a request Bright Career Job including the title of the position to be
filled, the qualifications and skills necessary for that position. Nothing in this agreement shall
preclude COMPANY NAMEfrom directly or indirectly through other referral companies soliciting
resumes or interviewing Applicants.

b. After receipt of COMPANY NAMErequest, Bright Career Job shall send COMPANY
NAMEcurrent resumes of Applicants to fill the positions specified by Company Name. Bright
Career Job shall advise the Applicants that their resumes have been forwarded to COMPANY
NAMEunless otherwise agreed by Company Name.

c. Company Name, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall decide whether to interview any or all of
the Applicants whose resumes have been forwarded by Bright Career Job.

d. COMPANY NAMEshall notify Bright Career Job in a timely manner with the results of any
interview, which COMPANY NAMEelects to conduct.
 CONTRACT STAFFING SERVICES:

1. Placement Fees.

Permanent: When the selected candidate joins, COMPANY NAMEshall pay Bright Career Job Consultancy
a placement fee equivalent to 3.5% of Annual CTC as agreed with the selected candidates.

2. Payment of placement fees: COMPANY NAMEshall pay Bright Career Job Consultancy the placement
Fees within 30 days from the candidate DOJ.

3. Termination of Employment: Candidate is selected by COMPANY NAME from Bright Career Job
Consultancy there is a free replacement for only 90 Days from the candidate Date of Joining. If candidate
leave the company between 90 days from date of joining the Bright Career Job Consultancy will give a free
replacement only one time.

4. Validity of resume: All resumes received from Bright Career Job Consultancy shall be valid for a period for
180 days from the date of receipt of resumes.

5. Term: The Agreement shall be valid till “1 Year”. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing
written notice to the other party thirty (30) days before the date of termination. The agreement shall be
renewed at the discretion of Bright Career Job Consultancy and Company Name.
