The objectives in the preamble of constitution were to Constitute India into a

“sovereign democratic republic” and to secure its citizens “justice liberty, equality
and fraternity”. This provisions and regulation will ensure the fundamental rights to
be given and also certain responsibilities to be taken by the citizens of India in order
to create an independent democratic republic. So the drafters of the constitution
assumed when envisioning the constitution that every individual in the country will
contribute in accordance to their vision. Having faith in same beliefs and Actions
will be acted through same values on which the constitution constituted. Any
practice of offense and violation of law in force will be prosecuted and punished
according to provisions in order to maintain public order as stated in constitution. In
social credit system there also have provisions for punishing people not complying
with the values which are being enforced. But there is a difference, the scs enforces
the trust and sincerity by providing some incentives to those having high social
credit score and detaining from public service to those having low social credit
score. The assumption is that people will tend to move upward in social scale. In
doing so they will practice their day to day actions complying with values which is
being enforced and will internalize the concept of sincerity, trust and honesty.
While constitution only enforces the actions to be acted thorough their assumed
values but not any means to internalize those values among citizens of India.
