    Find in the top of the page, ARCHIVES






















    2. In the archives, go through each volume one by one (all must be opened
    eventually)


























    3. Once opened, you’ll see that there are some articles (10 to 20). Open articles
    one by one





















    4. Once you open one of the articles, click PDF under the full text.

























    5. Find the corresponding NAME and EMAIL. Copy the name and email, input to
    excel (Please do not manually input email, copy them!)























    6. The Excel file should be simple. Just like as follows:
