with subject: "Guidelines and Prooedures in lmplementing Stricter
fi4easure on the Regulation and Control of the Use, Manufacture, Sale,
and Distribution of prup Uniforms, lnsignias, and Accoutrements (An
Amendment to LOI 06109 "Tamang Bihis";
b. luemorandum Circular dated November 19, 2010 with subject: New
lmplernenting Guidelinos in the Conduct of Saturday Rank lnspection
and PICE for Crame-Based Personnel; and
c. il{emorandum Circular 2008-16 dated October g, 2008, entitled:
"Prescribing the Polieies, Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of
$aturday Rank lnspection of PNP Uniformed Personnel.

Z. This pertains to the types of PNP uniforms to be inspeeted during the Friday
and Saturday Rank lnspections and PlCf for CY 2018, purposely to emphasize the
proper wearing and its specific usage of these PNP uniforms.

3. ln this regard, hereunder are the types of PNP uniforrns to be inspected

during the scheduled rnonthly inspections, as follows:

No inspection to give PNP uniformed personnel the
opportunity to feel the true spirit of yuletide s6a$on.

4. Likewise, in consideration of the cultural practices, religious affiliations, and

norms of some female PNP personnel, they are allowed to choose their preferred
lower garments for PNP Athletic Uniform during the scheduled inspection for the
month of August 2018, as appropriate and/or allowed by policies.

5. Further, attached are the lnspection Checklists of the above-mentioned

PNP uniforms.
