INSTRUCTIONS
STEPS
1. Enter inputs in the Employee PTO sheet CLICK FOR SUPPORT
2. Review the PTO Policy and first accrual window details
3. Fix if there are any data validation errors
4. When employee takes PTO, enter PTO info
5. View PTO balance and balance trends PTO MANAGER
6. Optional: (To apply adjustments, enter in PTO adjustments sheet) for multiple employe

User Inputs are shown as gray colored cells
Green colored cells are calculated. Please do not edit them.
Completed Tenure table: Always have 0 as completed tenure in first row.
Set up to track employees up to 20 year tenure. Can be extended by extending the table in hidden CAL sheet
