To Apply for TUPSTAT:

1. Fill out online applicationform using the link ers.tup.edu.ph/aims/applicants

Note: Use recent 2” x 2” pictureon plain white backgroundwith name tag (Surname, Given Name, Middle Initial)
2. Secure admission approval fromthe Office of Admissions.
Bring the following:
- Evidence of Grades (i.e. Form 138 of Grade 11/1stsem. of Grade 12 orequivalent)
- Application I.D. Number

3. Wait for 5 working days and check youradmission status in your application account. Print your
test permit.

4.Bring your test permitprintout, 2 sharpened pencils with eraser & 1 SHS ID, Take the test on
scheduled date/time and specified venue.

5.Test result will be posted at TUP Website (www.tup.edu.ph)

6.Report on the specified date for your interview and bring the followingdocuments for enrolment.
a. Test permit.
b. Original copy of Form138/137 ortranscript of Records.
c. Certificate of Good Moralcharacter.
d. Photocopy of Philippine StatisticsAuthority (PSA) released Birth certificate.
*Failure to report on the specified date will meanforfeiture of Admission slot.*
7.Secure your Notice of Admissions and proceed to the University Clinic formedical examination

8.Report to your respective course adviser for enrolment
