frameworks, including both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems.
 Work on escalated tasks related to interconnectivity issues and complex cloud-based identity
management and user authentication, service interruptions with Virtual Machines (their host nodes) and
associated virtual storage (Blobs, Tables, Queues).
 Moderate and contribute to the support forums (specific to Az Networking, Az Virtual Machines, Az
Active Directory, Az Storage) for Microsoft Developers Network including Partners and MVPs.

 Used VMware vMotion to eliminate application downtime from planned server maintenance by migrating
running virtual machines between hosts.
