Department of Education Region X-Northern Mindanao Division of Ozamiz City i oe Republic of the Philippines City of Ozamiz DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. io], 5 2019 TO: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Supervisors (CID and SGOD) Public Elementary, Secondary and Senior High School Heads This Division SUBJECT: DELIVERY OF LEARNING RESOURCES DATE: March 28, 2019 1 Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 311, s. 2006, re: Guidelines on the Delivery, Inspection, Acceptance, and Distribution of Textbooks and Teachers’ Manual, this Division informs the field of the direct delivery of learning resources (LRs) for specific earning areas to public school districts (elementary) and high schools. 2 ‘The school districtfhigh school allocations provided by the Bureau of Learning Resources (BLR) were based on the Education Management Information System Division (EMISD) actual enrolment data for SY 2017-2018 with additional copies to cover possible increase in enrolment for 2019-2020. However, allocation per school for the elementary shall be provided by the Division through Dorothy Joy B. Yting, AO-IV. 3 Furthermore, the school districts and high schools are advised to submit a copy of the Delivery Receipt (DR) and Inspection and Acceptance Report (IAR) to the office immediately after acceptance. 4.
