POLICE REPORT

Case No: 24601

Date : March 8, 1990

Reporting Officer: Officer Jasmin D. Garbo

Prepared By: Officer Anna Angeles

Incident: Homicide report, victim found in an alleyway with his

throat cut open. No sign of suspect.

Detail of Event:
On March 8, 1990, Nathan Martin Tayo was found dead in an alley of Physci Street. According
to early forensic evidence, Mr. Tayo was slit on the throat that killed him immediately. Due
to the regression of technology back then, no forensic scientific evidences around the crime
scene was found except for the murder weapon, a pocket knife which contained no DNA as well.
With the unavailability and minimal accuracy of technology of the past, the case went cold.
This 2019, the case was re - opened and studied once again by the HA1 Department of Police and
found important pieces of evidence and backstories hoping that after almost three decades of
inj ustice, they would finally catch the on- the - loose killer of Mr. Nathan Martin Tayo. In
their study, it was said that during mid- 1989, the impecunious Katayona siblings of scientists
discovered a formula for a machine that would erase the memory of a certain population in an
almost abandoned- looking hidden laboratory in Pascuaville. Formulating failed devices for the
past decade, they finally came up with an apparatus that would bring back their rusty image
to light. To turn this ultimate discovery of their career into a reality, the scientists
thought of countless ways to build the machine but faces a dead- end all along — one of the
biggest factor for creation today: money. Desperate, one of the siblings turns to their
childhood friend, the loan officer of the Bank of Chemville to convince him for a loan money
for the invention one last time. The Loan Officer was Nathan Martin Tayo.

Desperate, one of the siblings turns to their childhood friend, the loan officer of the Bank
of Chemville to convince him for a loan money for the invention one last time. The Loan Officer
was Nathan Martin Tayo.
They now have five primary suspects — the five Katayona siblings.

Actions Taken:
Officer Garbo found the murder weapon but due to the unavailability of technology, she was
unable to recover any evidence. Due to the inaccuracy of technology in the ‘90s, the case
eventually got ruled out as unsolved. This 2019, the case was re - opened by the HA1 Department
of Police led by detective Erin Arcilla together with her partner, detective Claire Gendrano.

Attached are some of the CCTV footage and evidences retrieved from the crime scene.
