Toni Santry Belding Disgraces 5 Law Firms Beginning in 1983 with Peabody & Arnold

Boston, 2019 - It is the responsibility of a law firm’s Office Administrator to always act in the
best interest of the law firm. While Toni Santry (now Toni Belding) was Office Administrator at
Peabody & Arnold, instead of acting in the law firm’s best interest, she opened up Pandora’s
Box. Toni Ferrante (maiden name) Santry (first marriage name) Belding (second marriage
name) was Office Administrator at Peabody & Arnold Law Firm and is responsible for Peabody
& Arnold making the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll for 37 consecutive years (1983 to
2019). What she did to me was despicable. What she said to me (which I have never told
anyone and never will) and her tone was worse. I was offered a job on my first interview at
Sherburne Powers & Needham until Toni gave Edna Day of Sherburne Powers & Needham a
‘just between you and me reference’. Then she went to the Association of Legal Office
Administrators in Boston and blackballed me which is a Federal felony. I asked Paul Devin,
Chairman of the Steering Committee of Peabody & Arnold at that time, to intervene but he
didn’t grasp the gravity of the situation and lacked the insight and foresight and had no idea that
36 years later it would still be backfiring in Peabody & Arnold’s face and his face. Even John
Brooks, Patriarch of Peabody & Arnold and former President of the Boston Bar, who spent his
life helping the poor, the bullied, the down-trodden and the needy didn’t “crisis intervene”. Is
there any substance in his career or is it all superficial? For petty reasons, Toni Santry Belding
changed the trajectory of my life. It wasn’t strictly business; it was strictly personal. So I moved
5 states away back to my home town outside Atlantic City where she can never hurt me again.
Toni is ruthless, 2-faced (I thought she was too intelligent to be 2-faced to me) and smiles at you
sweet as pie when all the while she is calculating how to slit your throat. The only way for me to
describe it is as an emotional, psychological and verbal rape. I feel as devastated 37 years later
as Anna Nicole Smith felt when her son died. Anna Nicole couldn’t live without him and six
months later, she too was dead. Poor old Mr. Peabody and Mr. Arnold must be rolling over in
their grave.

After the 4th year of Peabody & Arnold making the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll, it
was necessary for Toni Belding to leave and she went to Bingham Dana & Gould in 1987. It’s
just that the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll trotted down the street after her and from
1987 to 1997 Bingham, Dana & Gould made the National Secretary Dishonor Roll. Bingham,
Dana & Gould has also made the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll posthumously for 22
years (1997 to 2019).

Bingham Dana & Gould changed its name to Bingham Dana in 1997. Thus, Toni Belding is
responsible for Bingham Dana making the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll for 5 years
from 1997 to 2002. Bingham Dana has also made the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll
posthumously for 17 years (2002 to 2019).
Bingham Dana then became Bingham McCutchen in 2002. Toni Belding is responsible for
Bingham McCutchen making the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll for 12 years from
2002 to 2014. Bingham McCutchen has also made the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll
posthumously for 5 years (2014 to 2019).

Bingham McCutchen was bought out by Morgan, Lew is & Bockius in 2014. Toni Belding is
responsible for Morgan Lewis & Bockius making the National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll
for 5 years from 2014 to 2019. And now, clients of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius are making the
National Secretary Week Dishonor Roll for using a law firm that employs Toni Belding. She
has no foresight or insight. She opened up Pandora’s Box.
