    CITY HALL
    CENTRAL FALLS, RHODE ISLAND

    Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 11th at 4:00
    PM in the Central Falls City Council Chambers, City Hall, 580 Broad Street, Central
    Falls, R.I. for the purpose of obtaining views of citizens on community development,
    housing needs, and on program performance with regard to the following:

    The City of Central Falls is considering the filing of an application for a Rhode Island
    Community Development Block Grant. Statewide, approx. $5 million is available to
    undertake a range of activities including:
     Improved housing opportunities for low and moderate income families and
    individuals.
     Provision of employment opportunities for low and moderate income persons.
     Provision of community facilities and services principally benefiting low and
    moderate income families and individuals.

    City Hall is accessible to the handicapped. Individuals requesting interpreter services for
    the hearing impaired should call the City Clerk’s Office at 727-7400, 72 hours in
    advance.
