1. Copy of Letter of Offer from Institution to student indicating the program
and total program's amount.
2. Copy of confirmation letter on the sponsored amount by PTPTN or any
other third party*
3. Declaration letter from student duly endorsed by University confirming that
the student opted for Bank financing at his / her own request*
