I heartily thank you

for being with us today. From our members from last year, who’ve

been diligently supporting us since the auspicious beginning, as well as every new face to our

2nd International Research Conference on Business & Management, we extend a cordial

welcome.

On behalf of my Team, I sincerely thank and gratefully acknowledge every one of you who

graciously extended valuable help to us in executing this event and making it a roaring success.

Without your immense support, this would never have come into successful fruition. I would

additionally like to express my immense gratitude towards our International Speakers, whose

collaboration with us has allowed the Conference to rise to its maximum potential.

The prominent theme of this year’s Conference is “Challenges and Opportunities for Businesses

in Current Environment of Pakistan.” The agenda for IRCBM 18 is to highlight and sufficiently

address the challenges business entities currently face, like law & order, notable lack of

productive investment and insufficient human capital, and recognize the economic opportunities

that undoubtedly exist within the Pakistani economy for business growth and development.

The ultimate goal is to efficiently utilize strategic methods to develop sustainable, measurable,

and scalable real-life solutions. At IRCBM, we fervently hope to inspire you

to discover innovative solutions to age-old problems. Prepare yourself to be intellectually

challenged, excited, and inspired.

In the two days of the Conference, I earnestly hope to see everyone work to the best of their

intellectual abilities and to achieve their maximum productive potential. Before handing over to
