 Carry risk assessment before each work activity

 Doing weekly departmental site safety review meeting.
 Help in implementing the objectives of health and safety policy
 Carry hazard identification at workplace
 Provide training to works such as: job specific training or induction training
 Co-coordination with all safety with representatives on the site.
 Making reports and investigate of all near unless or any accident.
 Implementation of permit system at work site.
 Conducting toolbox meeting at the start of each shift daily.
 Doing weekly departmental site safety review meeting.
 Ensuring use of P.P.E., Fire extinguishers on site.
 Regular maintenance of color coding.
 Training & orientation for rigger/ signalman.
 Promote safety culture by safety promotion activities.

 MBA (safety management) from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu.(pursuing)
 Bachelors of Arts from RML Awadh University, Faizabad
 HSC (Allahabad Board)
 SSC (Allahabad Board)

 Advanced Diploma in Health Safety Environment & Industrial Safety Management from
GEMS Technologies international Institute , Hyderabad
 First Aid Training Attended in 2018.
 Risk Assessment Attended in 2018.
