We know no amount of apologies can make up for the experience you had however, we
definitely would ensure that such instances doesn't happen in the future and the same has
been forwarded to our on-ground team. I can completely see the sense of disappointment you
must have been through and sincerely felt sorry for all the troubles that you had to go through.
We strive to provide nothing but the best to our guests however, here we had hampered your
journey with us and this is certainly not what we want our guests to experience.

As per telephonic conversation we are providing the 500 rs complimentary in your next
booking, to avail this complimentary amount you have to call in our customer care and
provide them the reference id:-12163971.

I truly regret that we could not live up to your expectations this time and while working on your
feedback diligently, we have taken this forward with the property to ensure stringent and
timely checks to be made on continuous time-frames. Our ground team had initiated the
