Context:

Self-evaluation questions are aimed at obtaining detailed, descriptive responses that can be
used to enhance managerial understanding as well as assist in enhancement of career
development plan. It acts as a tool to help us self-reflect on the accomplishments, challenges,
and learnings during the last year and an opportunity to plan career growth at Freshworks.

Below are a set of questions that will help you gather your thoughts. All employees from India,
UK, Germany, Australia offices who joined on or before Nov 30th 2017 should fill this.

Reflecting on Last Year (April 2017 to March 2018)

1. Describe your most significant goals, accomplishments, and contributions in the last year.
How have these contributions helped you in your overall career goals?

2. In what areas did you enhance or acquire new knowledge or skills, through your role(s) at
Freshworks? Share your experiences and how they helped you grow.
Tip: What areas did you pick up new stuff and improved upon?

3. Give examples of how you demonstrated Teamwork or Played as One Team by collaborating
with others over the past year. What worked well? What could have gone better?
Tip: Think of goals/projects/initiatives where you worked with other teams or functions

4. Describe any initiatives that you came up with and completely owned or worked with a team
and significantly contributed.
Tip: Initiatives could be within your scope of work or beyond.

Planning for the future (next year)
