in the staffing business with over 12,000 resources deployed pan India.
The company is based out of Mumbai but has pan India presence. The firm is
18+ years in existence. They have deep relationships with customers in the
BFSI, telecom, retail and e-commerce domains. This company is lead by
competent senior executives from the staffing and recruitment sectors. They
have already made 04 acquisitions and are looking for more to fuel this
growth rate. This client has grown massively since a strategic investment by
a middle east based staffing group.

Target Business:

The group is looking to acquire/partner with companies engaged in Temp

Staffing solution in India. They are open for both IT and Non-IT sectors. NEEM
(National Employment Enhancement Mission) compliant/licensed organisations
can also be considered.

Target Size:

The staffing business should have annual revenue between 15 - 50 Cr.

Location Preference:

Preferred: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, NCR, Bengaluru, Cochin, but open for
all.
