Date And Oat Bliss Balls (12ea)

Ingredients

1 cup dates
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Place dates in a pot of water and bring to the boil.


Drain the dates and put the liquid into a container and set aside.
Place drained dates, coconut, oats and cacao in a food processor.
Add roughly 1/4 of the date liquid to the mix and process (you may need a
little more liquid than this, add it slowly until the mix holds its shape. If you
accidentally add too much liquid add a little more of the other dry
ingredients to balance)
Roll mixture into 12 balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
Roll in extra coconut if desired
Make extra and freeze them!!

Nut Free Chocolate Crackle Bliss Balls

1/2 cup hulled tahini


1/3 cup honey*
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Place the tahini and honey into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the cacao,
vanilla and salt and mix to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to
combine. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls, place the balls
in the fridge to set.

Lemon And Coconut Bliss Balls (15ea)

Ingredients

2 cups shredded coconut + extra


1/2 cup almonds
2-3 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend for 1 minute.
Roll into small balls around the size of a 10c piece.
Roll in extra coconut.
Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge until firm.

Healthy Caramel Cheesecake Bliss Balls (36 or 15)

Ingredients
36ea
3 weetbix
1 block Philadelphia light cream cheese softened
1 tbsp maple syrup 100 % pure
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 dates pitted and soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes then drained of
excess water
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup Cadbury dark choc melts for topping
15ea
1.50 weetbix
0.50 block Philadelphia light cream cheese softened
0.50 tbsp maple syrup 100 % pure
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
5 dates pitted and soaked in hot water for about 10 minutes then drained of
excess water
1/4 cup shredded coconut
0.50 cup Cadbury dark choc melts for topping

Instructions

Add all above ingredients to your food processor and process until combined .
Once all mixed through roll into balls I got 36 balls from this mixture . It
will depend what size you like .
I then popped into airtight container and popped in freezer overnight .
Next day or after a couple of hours you can top with melted chocolate .
Melt 1 cup of Cadbury dark chocolate melts and swirl your frozen ball through
mixture and let it set .
I also rolled a few balls through cacao powder and coconut .

Fresh And Healthy Passionfruit Bliss Balls (11ea)

Ingredients

Ingredients
1/3 quinoa flakes
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
4 pitted dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 Passionfruits

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. If you don�t
have quinoa flakes, you can replace with more oats.
You want the mix well combined and sticking together, may need a little water
to bring the mix completely together.
Roll into small sized balls

apricot and coconut bliss balls (20ea)


INGREDIENTS

1 cup (190 grams) dried apricots


1 cup (90 grams) desiccated coconut
1 cup (100 grams) almond meal (ground almonds)
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
2 tablespoons honey

METHOD

Place the apricots, coconut, almond meal, coconut oil, vanilla bean paste and
honey into the large bowl of a food processor and blitz until the mixture comes
together. If needed, add a splash of water until the mixture is wet enough to shape
into balls. Take heaped teaspoons of the mixture and shape into balls and roll in
coconut until coated. These balls will keep refrigerated in an air tight container
for 7 days. They also freeze beautiful, simply pop into a freezer safe bag or
container and stash in the deep freeze for up to 3 months.

Apricot & Oat Bliss Balls (12ea)

Ingredients

1 cup dried apricots


� cup oats
� cup desiccated coconut
1 � tablespoons of coconut oil

Optional Extras

Grated chocolate for rolling


Extra coconut for rolling
Crushed nuts for rolling
Cocoa for rolling

How To Make

Place apricots in the food processor and turn on


Add oats to the food processor
Add desiccated coconut to food processor
Add coconut oil to food processor
Process until apricots are smooth but you can still see the coconut
Shape into small balls and serve

Healthy Chocolate and Coconut Balls (24ea)

Ingredients

2 cups medjool dates, seeds removed


1 cup almonds
1 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup cacao
1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions
Add dates and nuts into a food processor, process on high speed for 20 seconds.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add in cacao and coconut, process on full speed
for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together (this may take a little while,
keep blending until it happens).
Roll into bite sized balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
