Principal, Junior High School Department

SUBJECT : SHS VOUCHER PROGRAM

Greetings!

The Department of Education (DepEd) through DepEd Order No. 11, series of 2015
introduced Senior High Voucher Program (SHS VP) as a mechanism to provide financial
support to qualified students in SHS.

Our Grade 10 students may avail of the voucher subsidy amounting to P18,000 per school
year if application is approved by DepEd to assist in payment of tuition and other school fees
charged by the school where he or she will enrol in. The voucher subsidy is not given to
students directly in the form of cash but will be disbursed by DepEd to the school where he or
she enrols in.

If interested, please go to http://ovap.deped.gov.ph/ and apply online. Deadline of application

is tomorrow, February 28, 2018, 11:59 p.m.

Please see attached DepEd voucher application requirements and procedure for your
reference.

Kindly submit your Voucher Certificate to the Registrar Office, Ground Floor, E. Rodriguez
Campus, by July 2018 enrolment if your application for SHS Voucher is approved.

Due to the concerns that voucher subsidy is given at uncertain schedule and late in the
school year, the School would require the SHS Voucher beneficiaries to pay the School in
prescribed amount(s) according to school fee payment schedule. When the voucher subsidy
is received by the School, the School will refund the subsidy amount to the students.

Thank you for your kind cooperation.
