 PREFACE

The three necessities of life are food, clothing and shelter. So talking about the shelter, the

requirement is of Home. Every one passionately wants to own home. So the importance of

Home is increasing.

Now everyone wants his own home so the company has asked to survey on interest rates

of other banks. Company has also asked to do the comparative analysis and we also had

the sanctioning and disbursement process in Baroda A Study Of Loans And Advances.

And finally they had asked to research for the future business opportunities prevailing in

the market. We have to do the survey in the Aligarh city famous for its Leather goods. We

have gathered the information about the requirements of the customers and tried to find

which bank is preferred and try to research for prevailing opportunities.

We also anticipate that this research work will help in understanding the market position

of the company in Aligarh and help those who want more in this regard.

This study has also helped me to bring feared some major innovative ideas which can be

of great help to let the company provide the real value added product in such a competitive

environment.

I hope this study to be for much help to other as it to me.
