Disassembly

Chapter 1, Removing the Battery Pack

To remove the battery pack from the battery bay,


follow the steps below:

1. Turn the notebook upside down.


2. Slide the battery lock in the direction of the
arrow to unlock the battery pack

3. Slide the battery release latch in the direction


of the arrow. The battery pack wills pop-up
automatically. Gently pry the battery pack
from its housing

NOTE: Always start laptop disassembly by


removing the battery pack first.

Chapter 2, Removing Memory Module

To remove the Memory Module, follow the steps


below:

1. Remove the screw securing the Memory


cover as show

2. Open the Bottom case from upper side.

Warning: Be care full Lift off the Memory


Cover can cause permanent damage for the
lower logic.

3. Push the latches to release the RAM module.


A spring will force one end of the module up

4. Grasp the memory module and remove from


main board.

Chapter 3, Removing the Wireless LAN Module

To remove the wireless LAN, follow the steps


below:

1. Remove the screw with screw driver to


remove the wireless LAN from motherboard

2. Unplug the antenna cable

3. Wireless LAN automatic pop up after remove


the screw, then pull the memory from the
socket

Chapter 4, Removing the Keyboard

To remove the keyboard, follow the steps below:

1. Turn the notebook over and push the latches


to release the keyboard

2. Pull the keyboard towards you, revealing the


keyboard cable underneath

3. lever up with thumb the connector bracket


and disconnect the keyboard cable from the
motherboard

4. Lift off the cable and remove the keyboard

Chapter 5, Removing the Hard disk Module

To remove the Hard disk Drive follow the steps


below:

1. Remove the screw securing the hard disk


locked as show

2. Remove the Hard disk locked

3. Pull the tab to remove the HDD module in the


direction of the arrow.

4. Remove the two screws to take off the HDD


case

5. Remove the HDD module from the HDD case

Note : The Hard surface Hard disk case must


at the upper position

Chapter 6, Removing Logic Upper

To remove the bottom cover, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the nine screws securing the bottom


cover as show

2. Disconnect touchpad cable and power button


cable as show.

3. Remove the four screws securing logic upper


to logic lower.

4. Gently remove the logic upper.

Warning: Be care full Lift off the logic upper


can cause permanent damage for the lower
upper.

NOTE: The touchpad module is attached to the rear of the logic upper and cannot be removed.

Chapter 7, Removing power button

To remove the power button, Follow the steps below


to remove from logic upper.

1. Release the power cable as show

2. Remove the screw securing power button to


the logic upper.

3. Remove the power button the logic upper.

Chapter 8, Removing touchpad button

To remove the touchpad button, first remove the


battery pack, Keyboard, Logic Lower, Follow the
steps below to remove from logic upper.

1. Lever up with thumb the connector bracket


and disconnect the two touchpad cable from
the touchpad.

2. Remove the two screw securing the touchpad


button to the logic upper

3. Remove the touchpad button from the logic


upper.

Chapter 9, removing the main board

To remove the main board, follow the steps below:

1. Turn the notebook upside down.

2. Disconnect the LVDS Cable as show.

3. Turn the notebook over

4. Disconnect the speaker cable , Microphone


cable and webcam cable as show.

5. Remove the four screws securing the logic


the main board to logic lower

6. Gently remove the main board from logic


lower

Warning: be care full removing the main board


because main board and sound board connected
only using pin and it easy to blend.

7. Turn the main board upside down.

8. Gently separatedthe Main board and the


sound board.

Chapter 10, Removing the fan processor

To remove the fan processor, first remove the Battery


pack, keyboard, logic upper, main board then follow
the steps below:

1. Remove the three metal screw securing fan


processor to the main board.

2. Gently remove the fan processor.

Note : Remove the metal screw fan processor


must sequentially by numbers

Chapter 11, Removing Speaker module

To remove the Speaker module, first remove the


Battery pack, keyboard, logic upper, main board then
follow the steps below:

1. Gently remove the speaker module.

Chapter 12, Removing LCD Module

To remove the LCD module, first remove the battery


pack, Logic Lower. Follow the steps below to
remove the LCD module.

1. Remove the two screws securing the LCD


module to the upper logic.

2. Bending LCD Module Hinge to 90’

3. Remove the two screw pads as shown

4. Remove the two screws securing the LCD


bezel to the LCD module.

5. Carefully insert your fingers between the


display and the LCD bezel as indicated by
the arrow, and gently pry up the LCD bezel.

Warning: Be care full Lift off the LCD module


hinge please attention for the key.

6. Remove the six screws mounting the display.

7. Pull the display towards you, revealing the


LCD cable underneath

8. Disconnect the LVDS cable from the back of


the display board.

9. Gently lift out the display.

10. Remove the four screws securing the hinges


to the display.

Chapter 13, Removing Webcam Module

To remove the camera module, first remove the LCD


module and lift out LCD display and inverter board.
Then follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the CMOS cable from the CMOS


module as shown.

2. Lift off the webcam

Assembly

Chapter 14, Installing Webcam Module

For Install the Webcam follow these steps:

1. Lift in the webcam

2. Connect the CMOS cable to the CMOS


module as shown.

Chapter 15, Installing LCD Module

For installation LCD Module follow this step;

1. Tight the four screws securing the hinges to


the display and gently lift in to the display.

2. Connect the LVDS cable from the back of the


LCD and install the isolation tape.

3. Install the six screws mounting the display.

4. Close the LCD Frame and tight the four


screw two screws securing the LCD bezel to
the LCD module.

5. Tight the two screw pads as shown and


install the hinge.

6. Push the LCD module at 30’ to upper logic

7. Tight the four screw securing the LCD


module to the upper logic.

Chapter 16, Installing Speaker module

To install the Speaker module, follow the steps


below:

1. Gently install the speaker module as show.

Chapter 17, Installing the fan processor

To instal the fan processor, follow the steps below:

1. Gently install the fan processor.

2. Tight the three metal screw securing fan


processor to the main board.

Note : Tight the metal screw fan processor must


sequentially by numbers

Chapter 18, Installing the main board

To install the main board, follow the steps below:

1. Connected the Main board and the sound


board.

2. Gently install the main board to logic lower

3. Tight the four screws securing the logic the


main board to logic lower

Warning: be care full installing the main board


because main board and sound board connected
only using pin and it easy to blend.

4. Connect the speaker cable, Microphone cable


and webcam cable as show.

5. Turn the notebook upside down.

6. Connect the LVDS Cable as show.

Chapter 19, Installing touchpad button

To install the touchpad button, Follow the steps


below to install touchpad button to logic upper.

1. Install the touchpad button to the logic upper.

2. Connect the two touchpad cable to the


touchpad button and lever down with thumb
the connector bracket

3. Install the two screw securing the touchpad


button to the logic upper

Chapter 20, Installing power button

To install the power button, Follow the steps below


to install to power button.

1. Install the power button the logic upper.

2. Tight the screw securing power button to the


logic upper.

3. Install the power cable as show

Chapter 21, Installing logic upper

To install the Logic Upper, Follow the steps below.

1. Gently install the logic upper.

Warning: Be care full Lift in the logic upper


can cause permanent damage for the lower
upper.

2. Connect touchpad cable and power button


cable as show.

3. Tight the four screws securing logic upper to


logic lower.

4. Turn the notebook upside down.

4. Tight nine screws securing the logic lower as


show

Chapter 22, Installing the HDD Module

To install the Hard disk Drive follow the steps


below:

1. Install the HDD module from the HDD case

2. Tight the two screws to take off the HDD case

Note : The Hard surface Hard disk case must


at the upper position

3. Install the hard disk to hard disk case

4. Push the tab to install the HDD module in the


direction of the arrow.

5. Install the Hard disk locked

6. Tight the screw securing the hard disk locked


as show

Chapter 23, installing the Keyboard

For installing the keyboard follow this step,

1. Turn the notebook over

2. Connect the cable keyboard and lock the key


by pressing down the connector.

3. Push the keyboard until all the latches at


position lock

Note: Please insert the lower part of keyboard


first before the upper part because there is pin at
lower part of keyboard as show above

Chapter 24, Installing the Wireless LAN Module

For installing Wireless LAN module, follow this


step,

1. Push Wireless LAN at 30’ form main board


and push down the wireless

2. Tight the screw securing WIFI to the


mainboard

3. Connect the antenna cable, Black cable to


main and Gray cable to aux and install

Chapter 25, Installing Memory (RAM) Module

For installing Memory module, follow this step,

1. Turn the notebook upside down.

2. Push memory at 30’ form main board

3. Push down until the Key at position lock

4. Key at Lock position, if the installation


corrects the pin will be invisible and the key
will show as picture.

5. Install the Bottom case as show.

Warning: Be care full Lift off the Memory

lower logic.

Chapter 26, Installing the Battery Pack

To Installing the battery pack to the battery bay,


follow the steps below:

1. Slide the battery lock latch in the direction of


the arrow. The battery lock wills pop-up
automatically.
