Sigma Construction May 2012-Sep 2015

PROJECT : 2 x 20MW Gas Turbines (Frame V); 1 x 37.5MW Steam Turbine; 3 X 75TPH
HRSG at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon.
As C&I Commissioning Engineer Managed and lead group of 30 technical professionals to
execute the project in time.

Key Responsibilities as Commissioning Engineer :

● Working on METSO DNA DCS Systems.

● Erection and Commissioning of C&I Instruments, Electrical LT module like UPS-DB, DC-
DB, GTPMCC, LT Motors and UPS System.
● Able to attend Black Out, Shut down and any default related to C&I and Electrical.
● Testing of LT Panels.
● Commissioning of motors.
● Well Versed with reading and interpretation drawings and schemes of C&I Instrument and
Electrical LT Module.
● Maintenance of Steam turbine and HRSG’s field instrument.
● Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of Motorised Actuators, Pneumatic Control valves,
Air lock relay and Air regulator.
● Calibration of Control valve’s Positioner.
● Calibration and Commissioning of Pressure switches, level switch and transmitters like Flow
Transmitter, Level Transmitter, and Pressure Transmitter.
● Commissioning of I.P converter, Resistance temperature detector, Solenoid valves.
 ● Commissioning of TSI Instrument like vibration sensor, axial displacement, key phaser of
Steam Generators.
● Commissioning and testing of HRSG’s Boiler management System in which Igniters, Flame
scanner and on-off pneumatic valve are comes.

● Commissioning and calibration HRSG SWAS system for calculation of conductivity and PH
value.
● Commissioning and calibration of Sox-Nox-Co (Chemtrol) analysis system.

● Give direction for Laying Control and Power Cables on DCS System, Instruments, LT Module

As C&I Site Engineer Managed a group of 15 technical people to execute the C&I
maintenance job in time.

● Maintenance of Actuators and control valves.

● Maintenance and Calibration of Positioners, Pressure and level switches and transmitters.
● Maintenance of RTD, Solenoid valves, air lock relay and air regulator.
