Position Title: Loan Agent

Reports To:
The Loan Agent will report to his/her immediate supervisor/mentor/trainer.

Job Overview
The Loan Agent will be mainly responsible for handling inquiries and managing the accounts of customers. He/she
must be knowledgeable about the company’s loan products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Contact customers listed on the active pending queue

 Address inquiries made via inbound calls, email or chat

 Verify customer information

 Describe loan product details to customers

 Execute loan documents and explain the online e-signature process to customers

 Process loan funding

 Address questions about loan products and services, as well as customer’s account.

 Forward customer’s call to specific departments (i.e. Collections, Funding)

Qualifications

 Experience in sales is preferred but not required

 Candidates must be at least High school Graduate

 With or without BPO experience

 Good communication skills

 Willing to work on a night shift schedule
