Amber possesses a passion for her subject and demonstrates a commitment to the profession of education. Ms. Ginter served as a student teacher at Zane Trace and worked with every junior as an 11" grade language arts instructor, teaching both college preparatory and general education classes. Amber quickly proved she is capable of working with all levels of students, and she exhibited effective classroom management skills that are often difficult for inexperienced educators. I never dealt with a single issue of reported discipline from her. ‘On a personal level, I have known Amber for many years. She is truly a very kind and sincere person and has been her entire life. In fact, I have rarely, if ever, worked with someone with such a gentle soul. In the field of education, I believe the ability to build relationships and collaborate with staff members is crucial. In this area, Amber was truly able to shine. She shared ideas, was receptive to advice, and was a great team player. I recommend Amber Ginter without reservation, and I would not hesitate to offer her a position in my own building should the opportunity present itself.
