Dianne, the Risk Management Team has been identified as a group that has continually and
collectively demonstrated an ability to provide excellent customer service to both the City of
Windsor residents and its staff. Although it may be said that it is your job to do so, the fact that
this team does so with such dedication does not go unnoticed.
Your professionalism plays a role in ensuring your customers have their needs met, even during
the difficult moments. The challenges are numerous, and the Risk Management Team has a
track record of meeting them head on in a competent and professional manner.
A positive approach along with collective expertise and knowledge are exhibited daily in the
Risk Management Department. Your team has demonstrated proficiency and integrity in the
workplace and often uses ingenuity and resourcefulness to get the job done. This truly
exemplifies the spirit of teamwork in our organization and each member plays an important part
