Application For Recall Of Order Dated

The Opposite Party No. humbly submitted as under:-

1. That the aforementioned case was listed for filing of written
statement.

2. That on the said date the Brief Holder of the counsel for O.P No.
appeared and sought time to file written statement.

3. That the Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant last opportunity to file
W.S, failing which the matter would be treated to have been
proceeded ex-parte.

4. That the said brief Holder Mr. ……………….. could not

communicate the complete order and only informed about the next
date of listing.

5. That the written statement is ready and is been given for verification
and Signature to the Authority concerned but due to some
unavoidable circumstances the same could not be signed.

Wherefore ,it is most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble court

may be pleased to grant some more time to file written statement and
recall the order dated ………by the conditioned order to proceed ex-parte
was passed and oblige.
