Tickets numbers are restricted and are selling pretty well, however it would be so nice to see as
many members and friends there as possible so we can have a fun social evening and catch up
with all that has been going on over the past few months.
For those of you who have never been to a ceilidh before, don’t worry. You don’t have to be able
to dance—no one will be expecting any Michael Flatley moves. But, if you do dance, you will
enjoy it. The caller, Ian McDougall takes you through the moves and every dance is really easy
to do.
Being pretty much an expert at ceilidhs (having played in a ceilidh band for many, many years..) I
know that everyone thoroughly enjoys the evenings and there is much laughter.
With each show performed by MCMTC, those of us who use Facebook have been given access
to members group pages. We have now closed all the former show group pages e.g. Jesus
Christ Superstar and South Pacific, however if you want to be kept up to date with information,
the main MCMTC members page can be accessed. Also, up to date information and lots of
historic pictures can be view on MCMTC’s webpage www.mcmtc.co.uk.
Our next production, The King and I, is fast approaching and tickets are
starting to sell well. Do not miss out on the opportunity to see the
wonderful cast in this production. There is excellent choreography, lots
of colour and fantastic performances by all involved.
This really will be a show not to be missed. So much work goes into
each production, and all the time and effort will pay off when you see
the results at the Grange Theatre in April.
