Dear All The workshops are fast approaching - especially for those in Manchester! To make sure you're fully prepared to get the most out of the workshop, please make sure you come prepared as follows: 1. Download the Workshop Schedule (in Workshops folder). That will give you an indication of times and activities, although your workshop Tutor will lead you through the detail when you arrive 2. Make sure you have downloaded and read the four cases/readings in advance of the workshop (Ferguson's Formula, Virgin, Arthur Anderson, Aviva). There will be no time in the workshop sessions to read the actual cases! (Note: the Ferguson's Formula reading is a journal article that can be accessed via the permalink; you can ignore the HP case as this will not now be used) 3. Make sure you are fully familiar with the group presentation brief and have reflected on the four themes in relation to your own personal experience (as this will need to feed into your group discussions) Last but not least, please note that your Centre will assign you into groups and slides will be posted up in advance by your tutor for you to download. I hope you are looking forward to a great workshop experience and have a very enjoyable and interesting time! Best wishes Mike Bresnen Module Coordinator
