INTERIOR DESIGN—II
Compulsory Paper—1
Time : 12 Hours in 4 sittings] [Maximum Marks : 100
N.B. :— (1) Candidates shall submit the drawing and tracing of analytical studies in a property
secured port folio.
(2) Assume suitable data wherever necessary.
(3) Use proper scale.
(4) Write roll nos. on all drawing and tracing sheet.
(5) All drawings shall be retained in the examination hall, only till exam is over.
TOURISM OFFICE
To increase the tourism in Vidarbha region, Maharashtra Tourism department has planned
to increase the branch office area and open a separate department for the same (Vidarbha region).
Design a tourism office at first floor of commercial building located in a prime area of
Nagpur.
The site :
Center line plan shown in figure (A) Entry from North side.
Balcony of 2.0 m width in front of entry is provided.
Other three sides are abutted with other offices.
Note :—
Slab depth — 100 mm
Beam depth — 450 mm
Column size — (0.30 m × 0.3 m)
Height — 4.5 m floor to top of the slab
