This work immersion would not be successful without the support of certain persons. I
would like to express my deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to those individuals
who became part and helped me in completing my 10 days of work immersion.

To Mr. Lope Diamante III, for his warm welcome and acceptance to us in doing our work
immersion at Rizmy Hotel and Rizmy Ulam at Kanin.

To Mr. Ramon Salva, the dining supervisor of Rizmy Ulam at Kanin, for his non-stop
patience and support to us during our work immersion.

To Mr. Ailester June Dumas, for his never ending guidance and teachings for us to learn
and for encouraging us in doing the tasks and responsibilities given to us.

To all the staffs and other stakeholders, for feeling our presence and treated us as part
of their organization. And in giving us the opportunity to experience and learn the things
that they do.

To Ms. Cristina V. Maquinto, for her patience in searching for a company where our
work immersion can be done. And for her extended and valuable support and
